1. We work from Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.

2. Standard lead time is 7 days – remember that we are talking about the time it takes to produce a specific type of power cable or harness. To meet our customers' needs, we are increasingly launching express production and the goods are ready after 3 days.

3. We are sending the goods at our expense for net purchases of min. PLN 1000 (territory of Poland). Shipping beyond the borders of our country is, of course, no obstacle, but already requires an individual quotation.

4. We use our own transport and shipping (Inpost – parcels up to 30 kg, Raben – pallets).

5. We pack the finished products, which are most often power cable harnesses and extension cords, into:

· cartons,

· paper bags.
